So much to be thankful for...

So in the craziness that is my life lately, my blog has taken the biggest hit.  Sorry to all my loyal fans.  Alicia this one's for you!

We had Thanksgiving with Mimi and Poppy and Gigi, and of course our favorite great-grantparents braved the snowy roads to be with us.  We are so thankful to them.

Livi sat with grandma and made dips, filled the celery, and arranged the flowers for the centerpiece, she also ice skated outside in the street (more on that later).  Van discovered olives on his fingers and washed some dishes, and Gage watched some football with dad, and snacked on anything he could get his hands on.

We enjoyed a magnificient feast of all the traditional foods you can think of, and then all retreated to couches, beds and anything flat to sleep off the turkey.  We all then reconvened at our house for pie, and unfortunately I don't have a great picture, but let me just add, it was an incredible spread of pie delishiousness.  Andy and Saramarie joined us with Saramarie's parents and cousin Tracee also came for dessert.

Of course you always have to stick your finger in uncle Andy's mouth.  Just because.

We have much to be thankful for this time of year, especially our wonderful family.  Whether we celebrated with you at our table, or celebrated with you in spirit, we are so grateful for all of you and can't wait to share the rest of the holiday season with you.  Happy Thanksgiving to all!
