Dax's Best Weekend Ever!!

Last Saturday we jumped a flight on the 'Guac Plane' to Sacramento.

Where Dax bought this.

Apparently buying a car works up a huge appetite for In-n-Out, even if it is only 11:20 am.

We then hit Ikea and spent money like we were rock stars and had a money tree growing in the back yard.  More amusing, watching us get our big purchases in a tiny car.

We made our way to visit our favorite Sacramento residents and two favorite blue-eyed nieces.  The boys took the car out for a joy ride, while us girls did a little show and tell of our latest crafting conquests.

They then took us to a fabulous Japanese restuarant where we gorged ourselves on sushi til we cried uncle.

We hit the mall and closed it down with our late night kid-free shopping.

All too soon, it was time to hit the road - but don't go thinkin' Dax's
day o' fun was over yet.

That's right, we blew into Reno and hit the blackjack tables.  They didn't even see us comin'.We cleaned up and took $150 before they even knew what happened.

Sunday morning came early, as we tried to get out of town to relieve the unfortunate souls that agreed to watch our crazies.

We hit the road, and watched miles and miles of desert literally whip by at hyper-speed.

Soon enough we were home sweet home to find all was well. Thanks to all who took a shift watching the kids.  Just add it to our tab, we know we owe you all big.

Hope it was a good one Dax, cuz I don't think I can top it, oh and
Happy Birthday!

@MC, I've got some space and a camping cot in my garage .... right next to the M3. Sounds like you might need a short term lease.
