It has literally been a count down to the first day of Kindergarten around here. Even more than that, it was a count down to getting Kindergarten shots.
I mean this girl is crazy for Kindergarten.
And so is this mom.
After 2 full years of preschool, kindergarten seems like no big deal - she is so ready to jump on the bus and to be off learning something, or crafting something, or recess, or anything school has to offer. The first day she scampered off to the playground and quickly found her friend and never looked back. I watched with a lump in my throat as my beautiful little girl stood at the threshold of a new life at school.
I could not be more proud to call her mine, and to anxiously wait for her at the end of each day to hear about her new life.

wow, she even looks more grown up. and what a pretty smile she's sporting for the photo op. did you cut her hair or is it super tight curls? i'm glad she is loving it...and so are you!
