Who says January is dull?

 So to an adult, having 2 birthdays in one year sounds like a nightmare, but to a 1st grader who's real birthday is in July, having a half-birthday in January sounds like a dream come true!

You get to have your mom come to class and bring treats, wear a crown all day, and share a book of pictures all about you to an adoring audience.

Pretty great.

 The down side you will discover is, that your mean mom will NOT throw you a half-birthday party and take you and all your friends to Chuck E. Cheese, or buy you your arm-length list of half-birthday presents.     

Not so great.

 Livi had a big month in January.  She also got to take a dance class from the high school dance team and perform at half-time at the basketball game.  There is nothing this girl loves more than getting to put make-up on and dance around the gym. They learned a cute dance and Liv didn't miss a step!
