It's Gage our T-Ball Player!!
That's right, we signed G up for t-ball this year, and I think we've got a major leaguer in our midst!
Meet the Alabama Crimson Tide, getting some much needed instruction from Coach Justin.
Sometimes playing the outfield can be a little boring. I mean lets face it, how many fly balls do you think come off a 4 year old's bat? Lets just say, not many.

Of course we've had some weather to contend with, but rain or shine, we play ball.
This is Gage's favorite part, the team cheer, right next to the team treat at the end.
They had a baseball jamboree on the first Saturday, complete with jump houses, cotton candy and the Boise Hawk's Hawk. Who isn't excited about playing t-ball after this introduction?
A Few Facts (or at least what I've observed)
Nine times out of ten the batter runs to the pitcher's mound on the way to first base, or to the nearest adult, or to second, wherever.
Throwing to first, still a mystery to most.
When a batter hits the ball, you see the entire team run for it, and in some cases even the batter.
It is not unusual to get lapped while running the bases, which is Gage's case. He's either not paying attention and the next batter passes him, or he can't see out from under his batters helmet and can't determine if he's a runner or an outfielder.
Sometimes it takes the batter 8 to 10 swings to actually knock the ball off the tee, but no matter how many swings it takes, the look of total triumpth on the kid's face is priceless.
If peewee t-ball isn't the cutest thing you've ever seen, you need to check your pulse.

Yes, he is the darn cutest player ever! And, looks like he is lovin' it. Little league t-ball is my absolute fav.
